Creating Successful New Chapters
FWCA offers programming that provides eligible, incarcerated individuals resources and aid to support a successful reentry into their communities and homes, including healthy relationship education and employment preparation, drivers license recovery and more!
How to Qualify?
For PH2, eligible participants must be:

Currently incarcerated with 20-180 days or less on sentence.

Unemployed with work release privileges.

Participants who are eligible can enroll through a Family Workforce Center of America staff member

For PH5, eligible participants must:
-
Be at least 18 years old;
-
Be convicted under federal, state, or local law and are incarcerated;

Reside, at the time of enrollment, in a state correctional facility or local or county jail for adults;
-
Have a release date scheduled between 20 to 270 days of enrollment in the program; and
-
Upon release, are scheduled to return to reside in the St. Louis Area.
