Individuals enrolled in FWCA Programming or Services will complete documentation that assesses their workforce readiness.

 

Upon enrollment in FWCA program, all individuals will receive the appropriate Employment Readiness and Life Skill Training, Supportive Services, Work Readiness, Vocational Training/Post-Secondary Education, Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling Job Placement, Leadership and Character Development, ​Retention & Follow up needed to ensure their success!
