The Mission of Family and Workforce Centers of America is to implement comprehensive programs that will stimulate and set youth and adults on a pathway to family economic success.
FWCA envisions a future of financial freedom and economic well-being for families, regardless of their zip code, that enables them to be present for their children and active in their communities.

FWCA utilizes an Integrated Service Delivery Model (ISDM) to implement our mission. We incorporate youth, families and companies who are searching for general or specific employment, training or supportive services.
FWCA offers convenience and accessibility to the community. We're so grateful for the continued partnerships we have to keep bringing services to the community.

Learn about our programs that brings power & wealth to your community
In 2020, FWCA and the MET Center served over 40,000 youth and adults annually in Missouri. Over 2,000 people were placed in employment with a $60 million-dollar economic impact.
FWCA in collaboration with St. Louis County American Job Centers helps Adult and Dislocated Workers with job search and placement. Averaging $15.78 hourly wage.
FWCA offers financial education and asset development courses. We want everyone to have a clear understanding of finances and these workshops move our participants toward that financial pathway of success.
FWCA offers recruitment, life skills & soft skills training for our customers. Our main priority is equipping the St. Louis community the tools to get educated and employed.
FWCA in collaboration with CIBC Bank implemented our Entrepreneurship Training Program for entrepreneurs wanting to start their own business. Participants have the opportunity to discuss their business ideas and apply for a micro loan up to $10,000!
The Family Support Division (FSD) has contracted with Family and Workforce Centers of America (FWCA) to provide work requirement services to Temporary Assistance (TA) participants in St. Louis City.
